What is the Covington PTA?
The PTA is a dedicated group of parents and educators working together to bring our school spirit to life. Run entirely by parent volunteers who are balancing jobs and families, our mission is to foster a strong, inclusive community while providing vital support to our classrooms.
Here is how the PTA makes an impact every year:
We Build Community: We host unforgettable events—like Family Game Night and the Back-to-School Picnic—that bring our families together.
We Fund Excellence: We bridge the funding gap created by California's public school tax structure, raising the necessary funds for classroom supplies, specialized programs, and the Covington Scholarship Fund.
We Support Educators: We ensure our teachers and staff have the resources, appreciation, and volunteer power they need to do their best work.
When you support the PTA—whether by joining the Coyote Pack, volunteering for an hour, or leading a committee—you are directly investing in your child’s everyday experience.
